We Are One: Seminar to Benefit Typhoon Yolanda Survivors

we are 1 seminar to benefit Yolanda victims

Some of the country’s top professional speakers and trainers have banded together to give a series of learning events to raise funds for the benefit of Typhoon Yolanda survivors.

We Are One is the kick-off event to be held next Saturday, December 7, from 9am to 5pm at the Vista Center along Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City.

Speakers for this event and the their respective topics are as follows:
Randy Esguerra – Resilience Is Not Enough
Ricky de Vera – YES! You Can Inspire As You Live!
Boris Joaquin – Creating A Personal Vision: You Can Do It If You Can Perceive It
Janette Toral- Connecting and Engaging Online
Joey Reyes – Victim vs. Responsible Mindset
Gwen Pang, JC Libiran and Pochollo Gonzales – Panel Discussion
Pido Aguilar – Understanding & Appreciating What Happens To You

I have attended seminars where Boris Joaquin and Janette Toral were featured as speakers. Knowing that both will speak at this event, I’m sure that the time I’ll spend in this whole day seminar will not be wasted.

I’m looking forward to the talk of Mr. Ricky Rivera, with the topic “YES! You Can Inspire As You Live!” As we lead ordinary, boring lives, I’d like to know how we can inspire others and make a difference in this world.

Join me in this event to learn how to be empowered in our personal and professional life, and at the same time, to help our brothers and sisters in the Visayas region and in Palawan who were affected by superstorm Yolanda.

Millions of lives were affected, with thousands of lives lost in this latest tragedy in our country. We’ve seen countless pictures and videos of Leyte, Samar and other places to have an idea of the extent of the devastation. Let’s continue to do our share in the relief and rebuilding efforts.

Minimum donation for We Are One is P1,000 per head. Proceeds will be donated to the Philippine National Red Cross. Register now at http://trainings.ph/weareone.

Yes the government is doing a lot but there’s much to be done. Everyone’s help is needed for these places to recover faster.

This is a really nice event for a good cause. I hope there’ll be
more and more events like this in the future, and not only after
calamities, but even the whole year-round. There are a lot of people in
    need of support and help.
